FULL DEPOSITION OF PAUL BONACCI SURVIVOR OF THE DC FRANKLIN COVERUP CHILD TRAFFICKING RING

Paul Bonacci was an MK-Ultra victim of a child trafficking network involving prominent political and business figures such as Lawrence King owner of Franklin Community Federal Credit Union.

Bonacci said he was part of the abduction of Johnny Gosch, a missing Iowa paperboy. Former head of the FBI Ted Gunderson investigated the case and found evidence to support Bonacci.

Bonacci was initially indicted on perjury charges alongside another victim, Alisha Owen, following a 1990 federal grand jury that deemed the Franklin allegations a "carefully crafted hoax."

However, in 1999, Bonacci won a $1 million civil lawsuit against Larry King, with a federal judge ruling that his testimony, including claims of being one of several young male prostitutes taken to the White House in the 1980s, was truthful.

Paul Bonacci said he was a victim of the CIA’s MK-Ultra Monarch program. In his 1993 interviews with Ted Gunderson, Bonacci said he was subjected to mind control and programming starting at age three, aimed at turning him into a tool for blackmailing powerful individuals.

He described being tortured to create multiple personalities, including ones named Zachary Knight and West Lee, which he said were used to compartmentalize his experiences of abuse and trafficking.

Bonacci specifically linked these claims to figures like Lt. Col. Michael Aquino of the Temple of Set, asserting they were involved in his programming as part of a broader pedophile network tied to the Franklin coverup.

Michael Aquino was best known for his roles as a U.S. Army officer, a psychological warfare specialist, and the founder of the Temple of Set, a religious organization that broke away from Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan in 1975. Born in 1946, Aquino served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1990, retiring as a lieutenant colonel.

He specialized in psychological operations (PsyOps) and held a Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His military career included service in Vietnam and work on projects like the 1970 report From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory, co-authored with John Alexander, which explored non-lethal psychological influence techniques.

Bonacci, in his 1993 interviews with Ted Gunderson, said Aquino was a key figure in his mind control programming, claiming Aquino tortured him to create multiple personalities for blackmail operations. Bonacci linked him to ritualistic child abuse at locations like Bohemian Grove.

Aquino faced similar accusations in the 1987 Presidio child abuse case, where he and his wife, Lilith, were investigated after children at a Presidio Army base daycare reported abuse involving Satanic rituals.
