Geofencing my location to coordinate automated attacks...

the reason they stop and don't do anything then leave. i don't frequent this spot so when I was out there they show up in black or white vehicles to collect the data of my location and geofence it so if I enter the zone the frequency attack is automated. now when I go there I'm hearing v2k or vibrational frequencies. once they do this everywhere I go then I'm automatically harassed and attacked. I figured this out a couple months ago by staging my positions that didn't have anything happening and they show up... after that I go there I now hear and feel the changes that were made. this is how they manage harassment without having to actually be in person to avoid getting exposed.
