Do I need Magnesium?
Studies show that most people are somewhat magnesium deficient. Not good considering how many processes in the body require this vital mineral. It is practically impossible to get enough nutrients from your diet so supplementation is vital. Most multivitamins are not going to cut it either. Centrum for example uses dyes (or is it spelled die?) and only enough magnesium to cover the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA). With magnesium look for a supplement that has a number of types. This is because magnesium can be hard for the body to absorb.
Magnesium malate
Magnesium citrate
Magnesium glycinate
These are all types of magnesium that are well absorbed by the body.
