<<SUBJECT: Geoengineering - Request to withdraw from the ITALY-USA bilateral treaty "Italy-USA cooperation on science and technology for climate change

Dear Ambassador,
I have been a Lieutenant in the Air Force in the reserve since 2020, after 37 years of service and six peacekeeping missions in the Middle East.

I am addressing you both as the spokesperson of 14 thousand Italian citizens, signatories of a petition (already filed with the Italian Parliament  Italian, through the Senate), pursuant to art. 50 of the Italian Constitution; but also on behalf of tens of millions of Italian citizens concerned about their health and that of their children.

For three years I have been conducting a journalistic investigation into geoengineering, in collaboration with the editorial staff of the TG of the television station Telecolor, for which I have come into possession of an impressive amount of documents, acquired from official and accredited sources such as:
- CIA,
- US Department of Defense,
- ROYAL SOCIETY
- USA AIR FORCE,
- HARVARD UNIVERSITY
- IOP-SCIENCE,
- SPRINGER LINK,
- US GOVERNMENT,
- NATO,
- LOCKHEED MARTIN.

Surely you have heard about it, or have had the opportunity to see with your own eyes what is happening in our skies. It is an unregulated activity (total absence of global governance) and not even authorized (it is not governed by any law either at EU or national level).  Therefore, this is a totally clandestine activity and a violation of human rights:
- Right to health
- Right to breathe healthy air
- Right to the sun

There are two reasons why I am addressing you - in your capacity as Ambassador of the United States to Italy - which are both linked to each other:
1) in 34 states of the United States, bills have been presented (of which I attach all the documentation) to ban aerosol spraying in solar geoengineering activities (solar radiation management SRM) which aims to obscure the sun;
2) the Secretary of Health Robert Kennedy has promised that he will stop this crime against humanity.

THE FACTS:
The first country in the world to ban geoengineering activities was Mexico (January 2023). After a year, the states of Tennessee and Arizona also banned geoengineering (April 2024).

After that, an unexpected and surprising phenomenon was triggered in the United States: like a domino effect,  numerous state-level bills have been filed to ban geoengineering in several states. To date, there are 34 of them, of which 8 have been rejected. The most recent was Florida, on May 7.

Regardless of whether these measures will all be passed into law or not, one fact remains: geoengineering can no longer be accepted as a "conspiracy theory."

In the meantime, Robert Kennedy has been appointed to investigate and has hinted that the federal government will issue an executive order to ban geoengineering at the federal level.

FLORIDA
<< Violators face third-degree felony charges, up to five years in prison and fines of up to $100,000. Under the bill, all public airports will have to report to the Florida Department of Transportation by October 1, 2025, the presence of any aircraft equipped with weather modification or geoengineering equipment.>>

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that a year  ago, June 2024, the National Committee for the Moratorium on Geoengineering, signed by its president (the Municipal Councilor of the Municipality of Sciacca) Maurizio Blo (supported and followed by the Alfonsa Ginex law firm) deposited 14 thousand signatures as a petition for a moratorium on geoengineering (as requested by the United Nations in 2010), pursuant to art. 50

of the constitution.

This petition has been lying in the Senate of the Republic for a year waiting for the President to bring it to the Chamber for discussion.

Finally: I have been informed that next week the Mayor of the Municipality of Francavilla Marittima, Dr. Gaetano Tursi (physician), will go to the Carabinieri to file a complaint against those responsible for the geoengineering activities.

In light of all this and of the European projects on geoengineering called "GENIE" "and" EUTRACE" funded under the "HORIZON" program with millionaire funding, we would have expected that our government would have put an end to intellectual dishonesty by stopping this crime, as FLORIDA, TENNESSEE, ARIZONA, MEXICO have already done, and many other states will join. But that is not the case!

CONCLUSION:
In light of the above, the Italian people ask to be able to intercede with the White House so that the United States could withdraw from the ITALY-USA bilateral treaty "Italy-USA Cooperation on Science and Technology for Climate Change" so that such activities can stop in Italian skies.
