Weak Hero - Part 16

Gray recognizes that Teddy Jin is baiting him into starting a fight he can't win. As such, he stands down, leaving Teddy and Chad Jang to gloat before heading to the roof for a smoke.

Eugene apologizes for not being able to stop Teddy and offers to take care of the mess. Gray politely declines, telling Eugene there's no reason to apologize and to go to the school nurse. As Gray walks away, Eugene notices that the marker stains came out, and realizes (much to his surprise) that Gray referred to him by name.

Teddy continues to bully Gray throughout the week with increasing directness and frequency. However, Gray holds off on retaliation until he is "done studying ahead".

The day of retribution is a rainy one, and begins with Gray asking Eugene to grab him a Coke from the snack bar. Gray grabs Teddy's backpack from his desk while he's away, pretending that Teddy asked for it. Teddy is furious when he finds out and races to Class 1-5. Gray is calmly waiting for him when he arrives, wiping off the blackboard and having the backpack perched outside the window. As a fuming Teddy storms towards him, Gray grabs the now-drenched backpack and mockingly asks him if he's here for it.
