Catch # 20 Kevin Dillow, age 34 from Moorefield, WV was talking inappropriate to what he believed was a 13 yr old girl. He sent an explicit video as well as planning to meet.
Met with Moorefield PD after catch. Info was given and was advised they be reaching back out soo
Appears his claims of being part of a certain Aryan gang were most likely false after further research
