Actively trying to make female friends (1) gets incels as close to women as most of them can possibly get, (2) gains incels social experience with women that’d help them if they ever get into relationships, and (3) enables incels to hang out with their crushes in ways that’re unlikely to cause extremely brutal rejections like asking girls on dates does.
