Oh yeah I showed the before and after cleaned area, a moment early.

I'm only describing things that were accomplished on May 29th. even though I put off doing the final half of the recording until the day after. which is May 30th. nope was to maybe record it around midnight as the calendar switched over to me 30th but I got lazy. so it took more than 5 hours to get around to recording the second half or so of the video.

again the 11 goals are:

1. Read a page a book a day
2. read a chapter of the holy Bible a day
3. push-ups everyday besides reasonable designated rest. days or similar exercise
4. daily garden
5. Clean as much or more than I mess up around the house (which was actually accomplished on the 29th)

6. Avoid processed food
7. avoid added sugar
8. Avoid unnecessary plastic particularly food wrappers
9. Avoid internet browsing on the smartphone unnecessarily, it utilizes 4G and Wi-Fi. I don't remember going on the web except for like my morning prayers?

10. Avoid utilizing generative AI or ai chatbots and I didn't bother with any of that on the 29th.

11. any leisurely internet usage in minutes access before doing an equivalent number of minutes of the above listed productive activities or similarly productive activities

I did those 65 minutes of cleaning before touching any internet last night

so yeah I probably went over the 65 minutes afterward, so that counts as being undisciplined right because you're supposed to do something productive before you get a negative balance in your productive to non productive ratio. my first video I called it a "bank" of productive minutes.
