Radical California Regulations? Massive US Port Fights Back

Is California killing the economy and port shipping and trade business. Have California air quality regulators gone too far with their new rules and regulations to keep the air clean and save the environment? Or is California justified in implementing new laws to make sure that the Port of Long Beach and the Port of LA do everything possible to rid their harbors and the surrounding Los Angeles neighborhoods of toxic soot and exhaust that is polluting the air.
