Prospecting Interest on my Real Estate Listings with Mik Cohen

There's a multitude of options to prospect interest in one's listings, video being my number 1.
However, this video focuses on a method that the MLS provides of which I take, full, advantage of.

In this example, the listing had been on the market for, over, 8 months with another broker BEFORE the seller entrusted me to get it sold.
Obviously, the longer a listing remains on the market, the more interest will wane, so ensuring you come on the market with a proper list price AND robust/wide-reaching marketing IS critical.
