🌫️⛰️From Tatry to Kosice 🇸🇰 | Smooth Landing Through Slovak Mountains | MSFS 2020 | Cessna 172 ✈️

Take to the skies with me on a stunning 45-minute adventure flying my virtual Cessna 172 from the breathtaking Tatry Airport nestled between majestic Slovak mountains! 🏔️🌥️

Though I expected fierce winds in the valley, the flight was surprisingly calm and smooth — gliding through thick layers of stratiform and nimbostratus clouds ☁️🌫️ with some light turbulence that kept things interesting.

Using trusty automatic direction finder (ADF) and the traditional VOR beacon at 112.15 MHz, I tracked a precise path toward Košice, Slovakia’s vibrant eastern gateway.

As fog thickened near the destination, I switched to the instrument landing system (ILS) glide slope for a perfect approach. Once below the clouds, the airport came into view, and the landing was silky smooth — even surprising me! ✨🛬
