Dear Pastor Bob: I have been a listener and a watcher since I was teenager. I am now 26. I grew up with what I would call super Christian dad who did missionary work and would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need. Yet after his passing, I found myself sinking into a pit of alcohol and porn addiction. I have truly believed and accepted that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins as soon as I was old enough to understand that. Yet here I am desiring what I am supposed to loath. I comprehend your analogy with the airplane ticket, I just would like to know if I am on the plane causing trouble, or in the lobby thinking I will get on the plane.
