Agrochemical companies are seeking a TOTAL liability shield against claims against them

The pesticides that agrochemical companies like Bayer utilize have been “linked to cancer, to
learning disabilities, to infertility, to hormone disruption… and they impact children more than the rest of us..” yet they are fighting for a liability shield to prevent people from taking legal action against them for injury and death.

Just like vaccine manufacturers have zero liability for the harms their vaccines cause, agrochemical companies, like Bayer are seeking similar protections. While Congress has allocated a special fund for those who have been injured by vaccines, the chemical companies are proposing no such plans.
