This yogurt reintroduces Lactobacillus Reuteri, an important bacteria that helps with digestion and other functions of your body that’s often killed with the use of antibiotics and medications.

Ingredients:
1 L. Reuteri capsule (20 billion) https://www.oxiceutics.com/products/myreuteri?variant=45917346595043
1 T. Inulin https://a.co/d/3d6IdRU
1 quart half and half
1/2 c. distilled water

All utensils, measuring cup, bowls and yogurt maker should be clean/sterilized so no other bacteria can duplicate in the yogurt. Open the L. Reuteri capsule and pour into the water in a 4-cup measuring cup. Slowly whisk in inulin to make sure there’s no clumping. Stir in half & half. Pour half of mixture into each bowl, cover (leaving a tiny air gap) and place into yogurt maker. Add water up to half & half mark around the exterior of the bowls to ensure even heating. Set temp at 99°. Set time at 36 hours. Put yogurt in strainer upon completion (if Greek yogurt is desired). Refrigerate. Enjoy your yogurt!

Instead of using water, you can also make a paste with a couple tablespoons of the half & half, the L. Reuteri and inulin, then add remaining half & half and mix thoroughly.

This elderberry syrup is absolutely delicious mixed with the yogurt and it has a ton of bioflavonoids/vitamins, all organic and sweetened with honey. The aroma while making it is heavenly. Lasts a month or two. Recipe in the description. https://rumble.com/v66g17a-elderberry-syrup.html
