They can not bypass the laws of Procedure and then claim the laws of Procedure when the President decides to expel criminals out of the country.

PROBLEMS IN THE SUPREME COURT
I also do not understand why the Supreme Court does not stop the consistent incorrect lawsuits DEMOCRATS bring to their favorite attorneys, when the Supreme Court should step in and place the Democrats in place, by simple say! STOP! bringing lawsuits with the only intent to harm the President of the Country. The Supreme Court can not play politics, yet some of them are.
The Supreme Court cannot let a lawyer of a lower court in the USA jump up into the ladder of the Supreme Court, allowing cases that they can no be involved because they have a lower ranking in the Department of Justice, TO TAKE ON WITH A DIFFERENT branch in the country that is divided into 3: executive, legislative, and judicial. President Trump oversees the Executive branch, the Congress is in charge of the Legislative, and the Supreme Court is in charge of the Judicial.

It appears then, that even the Supreme Court is showing signs of incorrectness, how can they not be when they have two of these lawyers placed by the Democrats, who appear to hate the goodness of the country, like the one who could not answer what is a woman, or the Latin judge, who appear to rule always like the country is against Latin, when that is not the case, since she is in that top position of the Supreme Court. These two women are clearly the proof that the United States of America is a great country since all people in the country can have a fair shot to the top.
The Supreme Court knows that lower attorneys in the ranking of the Department of Justice do not have more authority than the President in manners of extreme importance, as it is to reduce the deficit of the country, making the treatment of the USA even with the rest of the countries on earth, by the same way other countries have taken advantage over the USA, this is extremely important when the country was almost destroyed by President Biden; or Expelling from the country not only people that came illegally but also acting in unruly ways; or international students who may be using the knowledge of the USA, who truly hate the USA to aid their countries, who may try to harm the USA in the near future.

One must be super naïve to not see evil when evil comes in front of all of us. Is also incorrect to not anticipate what could happen in the near future if the Democratic party has already used lower attorneys to stop the President of the country, therefore to protect the country from aggression of another country versus the USA through the Democratic party, the Supreme Court must easily have a meeting with the two parties when the Democrats are trying to interfere with the powers of the Republican President by accepting a case they do not have power on. If the Supreme Court sense in their statements that one party is bringing the action with the lower courts attorneys they control after hearing both of them, decide what is the best for the country, and not letting Democrats use the system to delay actions of the PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY just because they feel like, just because they are entitle, just because they get pay to play other ways they are out.

I been trying to get into Harvard or Stanford to get my JD in law since the year 2010, is impossible. Even though I could also try to get in as international Student II refuse to act incorrectly to comply with the directions of my mother and father in South America when I asked them, what do I do when I get to the USA. before I came to the USA. My South American parents told me to be an ambassador of love and peace and to always use the truth, and I am complying with that fully. THE FATHER and JESUS CHRIST have protected, to not sleep in the streets in California.
I know that if the country allows me to go to one of the best schools I will be a great defender of the country, as well as of the wonderful Constitution and the rights of every single USA citizen. Getting a law degree is easy. However, the system is made to stop certain people to go to the top via this or that. One just has to read the books and became aware of how the laws that control the country have been made since the very first moment laws were created. This is very easy to do, then open the doors for the great people you have in the country that some are blocking it intentionally, yet allow other students who may be enemies of the country to get those degrees. In this case I believe I have already contributed with a lot to deserve that right.
