Mass Method - Ignite - W1D2 - Upper Body

Bible Reading: Mark 3-4, 1 Corinthians 8

Today's workout was more of a traditional HIT style upper body workout. I had to drop one of the circuits in the interest of time. So, I opted for arms over shoulders since I rarely do direct arm work.

Tomorrow I'll be back in the rec center. So, I'm going to do legs instead of the speed and power day the program calls for. I'll do speed and power on Saturday at home.
