First printed in 1599, this German Marian Hymn became popular when put to music by Michael Praetorius in 1609. It is a popular Christmas carol, recorded by modern artists like Mannheim Steamroller and Sting, among others. This version was arranged by Cindy Berry in 2005, in a reverent and calming tone. Enjoy!
