Back training day with my workout partner! We started with lat pulldowns to get blood flowing and worked through some great back exercises. I'm sharing how we use feeder sets versus warm-up sets, and we tried out these amazing Prime machines that let you load weight differently for variable resistance throughout the range of motion. My partner taught me about loading the machines to match your strength curves - making it harder where you're stronger and easier where you're weaker. Great session focusing on vertical pulling movements and upper back development.
