How Do the Fans Work and Sound on "The One" by MidNite Solar?

What cause the fans on "The One" by MidNite Solar to turn on? Is it some pre-defined power value or are they temperature controlled? I don't know, so in this video we'll pump some power through the inverter to see when the fans kick on.

We're also gonna find out if they're "jet engines" like some other inverters or are they quiet when they run...
