What you are looking at is a Hispanic-influenced festival called Day Of The Dead (Dia De Los Muertos) which is all about celebrating the dead who passed on from this life. It is celebrated in the City of Tucson, Arizona each year after Halloween with 50,000+ individuals in attendance.

But me and my ministry team were there to not actually celebrate DEATH but to CELEBRATE LIFE through the good news of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who defeated the POWER of death on the Cross 2,000 years ago.
