My Dissappear and reappear Special Effects

Hey guys ! I have done some experimenting with my Windows Movie Maker program and have come with this little clip of me disappearing, then reappearing again. The trick is I did 1 clip, then extracted only certain parts of it and strung it together on a timeline. The result is quite cool !
