Second day of sugar fasting this week

I incorporated 2 fruit (no yogurt) smoothies for breakfast and dinner, canned fruit or beets for lunch, some gummies and blow pops throughout the day.

Did I mention how TERRIFIC my sleep is when I have some sugar before bed? I'm amazed!

Going to keep at this sugar fasting for majority of the week, then try not to binge on weekends. I may indulge in some rice, stir fry veggies with teriyaki sauce and things like that for dinner a couple nights a week. With or without meat.

But aiming for 5-6 sugar fasting days a week
