My testimony for bill #S930

Last night, I provided testimony for Bill#930, which was introduced into the Senate Committee on Judiciary' This bill would allow incarcerated individuals to seek sentence reductions after 10 years, and every 5 years thereafter, no matter how long their sentence is.
This bill was introduced to the same Committee that is contemplating a bill to ban many guns for law abiding citizens.
