Friday night pizza night has been a tradition in our household for years. It even dates back to my childhood. Ha! Tonight was a delicious stuffed crust pepperoni double cheese pizza. This pan was scraped clean! Yummm.

Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza:
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
Mozzarella cheese sticks
Pizza Sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Mozzarella cheese slices

1. Preheat Oven to 450°.
2. Roll out your pizza dough. You want to try to get it bigger than your pan, so you have enough dough to fold over the cheese sticks for the stuffed crust. Place dough in greased pan.
3. Lay mozzarella sticks around the edges of your pan. Fold dough over and close the seams as best you can.
4. Generously prick the dough with a fork.
5. Smother the dough in as much sauce as you like.
6. Evenly layer on the shredded mozzarella and the sliced mozzarella cheeses.
7. Finish off this delicious pie with your favorite pepperoni.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crust and cheese is starting to brown.
9. Brush the crust with a garlic butter sauce and....drum roll....ENJOY!
