💬 Loss changes you. But it doesn’t have to end you.

Grief isn’t just a feeling.
It’s a landslide — tearing through your spirit, your body, and your sense of time.
Some days, it’s a whisper.
Other days, it’s a scream that no one else can hear.

You’re not crazy. You’re not broken. You’re grieving.

💔 When we lose someone we love, the world doesn’t make sense anymore.
Even nature feels quieter.
The mornings are slower.
And your heart keeps reaching for someone who’s no longer there.

But here’s what they don’t tell you:

You don’t “move on.”
You move forward — with the loss beside you.

What can help:
🌲 Be in nature.
Let the trees hold the silence for you. Let the light break through for you.

đź›  Create something.
Grief is love with nowhere to go. Give it a place — in writing, in art, in your hands.

đź«‚ Talk to someone.
You’re not meant to carry it alone. Not talking about it is what breaks people, not the loss itself.

❤‍🔥 Honor their memory by living.
Not surviving — living.
Grief is the proof of love. But healing is the proof you’re still here.

📸 This photo is from my time in the woods today. Rebuilding burn piles. Cleaning up from winter. Felt like life, in a way. We burn… we rebuild.

If you’re hurting, I see you. Keep going. Your story isn’t done.
