12 For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!

As I was reading not only this morning scripture, but also the words from Alyson Kieda, this morning's devotional writer, I thought about not only Elliott and those who live in repressive governments against Christianity, but I also thought about the fact that I live in a country where I'm free to speak and live the name of Jesus as I see fit, and how I take that for granted. I forget sometimes that there are those here in this country who want to take that right away, In particular people like Liam, who speaks the truth with a T-shirt that says only two genders, and SCOTUS won't hear his case. I think of Laurie Smith, of 302 Designs, who on behalf of people like Baronelle Stutzman, Jack, and many other Christian business owners who refuse to compromise their beliefs, and are being taken to court for it, and I often wonder if I'm that brave.

I think that's why These questions from this morning's devotional, are really causing me to think about this issue, and I had to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will give you boldness and courage to speak His name through them.

What helps you to tell others about Jesus?

How have you suffered for telling someone the good news?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from his word, on how important it is to not be ashamed of the name of Jesus, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you encourages and motivates you to want to “go and tell” about Jesus without shame or fear. Find me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn for yourself, how you can unashamedly, and without fear, go and tell! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to first and foremost ask that you please pray for people like Elliott, and even the many others in this country, who are being wrongfully prosecuted and persecuted for their faith. Lift them up in prayer every day, asking God to give them courage to continue speaking and living the name of Jesus no matter what. Last but not least, I challenge all of you out there, I'm even doing this for myself, to not be afraid to live and speak the name of Jesus. You don't have to be a missionary going abroad to a foreign country to do so, but you can step out in your own community and be God's light in this darkness. Remember, as Alyson stated so very well, “God calls all of us who believe, wherever we are—at home or abroad—to tell others about Jesus. We may suffer, but He is right there with us.”

UNTIL THURSDAY:

HAVE A VERY BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
