Trailer Seat Chat: Why I Am Pushing CreateTailwind

I realized I was pushing the community CreateTailwind a lot lately, and I wanted to really explain why I am doing so. To be absolutely clear, I receive nothing from them in compensation, everything I do to promote them is on my own time and dime. I do it because I see what is coming down the line for our profession and want to help others get prepared for it. I do have a policy myself for my own system that is still growing, so I know it works from experience. Hopefully you can see the value in it and pursue your own policy.
