Switch Herzog Zwei G5, 2P splitscreen gameplay on Waldung: Impassable terrain narrows options.

Back with Herzog Zwei, in a totally different kind of terrain: Waldung, one of 3 maps I think falls in the medium difficulty range. With its large, impassable jungle areas, one has to be careful not to run out of gas. Remember, one flies slower, and burns gas at a quicker pace, with transporting!

Also, the large tar lake in the center reduces ground speed to a crawl. Including Robot mode speed. So legging it back to a base, when low on gas to avoid destruction, may not work either. Ground forces will take a considerable amount of time traversing this area. Giving the enemy plenty of time to respond. Vid timeline:
