Welcome to my house where I show you my complete pre-workout routine starting 2 hours before training. I make homemade cream of rice from regular rice in a blender, add my homemade seitan for protein, and walk through all my seasonings and prep. Then I break down my supplement stack including citrulline, glycerol, taurine, and beta-alanine explaining how I used to weigh everything out like a chemist. This covers my full pre-workout meal and supplement protocol before hitting arms day at the gym.
