Man questioned for attempted murder in Liverpool parade crash

Police said they were questioning a 53-year-old man from West Derby, in Liverpool, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, dangerous driving offenses and driving while unfit through drugs. They said eleven people remained in hospital after a car ploughed into a crowd of Liverpool fans during a Premier League title parade.
