The Cobb Salad is a hearty, all-American main-dish salad that dates back to the 1930s, reportedly created by Bob Cobb, the owner of the famed Brown Derby Restaurant in Hollywood. It’s not your typical salad – it’s layered, loaded, and seriously satisfying!

Cobb Salad Ingredients We Used:

Romaine and iceberg lettuce (finely chopped)
Grilled chicken breast (sliced)
Crispy bacon (American-style)
Hard-boiled eggs
Crumbled blue cheese
Creamy avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion (finely sliced)
Served with a classic red wine vinaigrette
