Cheese Potato Sticks

Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes, steam them until cooked, and mash into a puree.

2. Add shredded cheese and cornstarch, knead into a dough.

3. Place the dough in a container, roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm, and freeze in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
4. Cut the dough into strips 2 fingers wide.
5. Fry in oil at 60% heat until deep golden brown, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
