"I was in the Army. I served for 11 years. Thank you for your service. I just came for a little motivation. You all wake up every day with freedom. You can take a deep breath, you can go get coffee, you can have breakfast. You don’t have to worry about anything. And I want you to know that freedom isn’t free. So enjoy what you have, OK? Honestly, it’s a privilege to be here. Enjoy it.

Don’t complain, guys. Don’t complain. Because I’m telling you right now: there are soldiers, marines, coast guards, guardians, airmen... All of them are waking up at dawn to protect you.

I lost a brother of mine in 2017, on October 4th. Sergeant La David T. Johnson was killed in Niger, Africa. There are people giving their lives for all of you. OK? Be grateful. That’s all I have to say.

God bless you, man. I want to give you this too. Thank you. Oh, wow. Thank you. Isn’t that great? Give him another round of applause. Thank you."

The United States Army plays a fundamental role in preserving peace and freedom, both within the country and internationally. Its deterrent presence, rapid response capabilities, and commitment to defending human rights make it a key pillar of global order.

At the national level, it ensures sovereignty, protects the population from external threats, and supports in emergencies and disasters. Internationally, the Army participates in peacekeeping missions, responds to aggression, combats terrorism, and helps stabilize conflict regions. Its influence and cooperation with allies contribute to collective security, the maintenance of geopolitical balance, and respect for international law.

In summary, the importance of the U.S. Army goes beyond defending national territory: it is a vital force for global stability and a guardian of freedom around the world.
