Illegal immigrants celebrate giving birth in the United States

Thanks to the United States' birthright citizenship law, two former members of the caravan of migrants stationed in Tijuana are now the parents of an American citizen. 

Illegal immigrant Maryury Elizabeth Serrano-Hernandez, 19, gave birth to her second son last month shortly after she and her husband, Miguel Ortiz, 20, scaled the border wall near San Diego with their 3-year-old son.
