Yuechi Sharing Technology Ltd (YS) Rideshare Job Scam Using Motorbike App & Passive Income Claims

Yuechi Sharing Technology Ltd (YS) is currently marketing what it claims to be a global shared motorbike and bicycle rental platform. But behind the promises of guaranteed daily income and exclusive local franchise rights lies a textbook Ponzi scheme masked with startup jargon and forged legitimacy.

I was approached by someone calling himself James Anderson, claiming to be the “Marketing Manager” of YS. He offered me a chance to earn passive income by remotely managing shared bikes — supposedly operating in China and soon expanding into markets like New Zealand and Australia.

According to James, all I had to do was log into a custom app, activate a virtual device, and I’d begin earning 2.4 USDT per day. No work, no risk — just free crypto for pressing a button.

🔻 Sounds familiar? That’s because it is.

Within minutes of this conversation, I was given a suspicious registration link (https://688368.top) that is now flagged by Google Chrome as a phishing site. The app simulated activity, showed fake earnings, and then encouraged me to link a wallet to “withdraw” funds. Of course, no one actually gets paid — unless they recruit others.

But that’s just the beginning.

Once I showed interest, I was “upgraded” to the real pitch: becoming a regional partner. I could allegedly buy in at a higher level, own a fleet of devices, and onboard others to grow “my” business. It was clear this wasn’t about bikes or rentals. It was about extracting real crypto in exchange for fake progress inside a walled platform.

Here’s what I uncovered through my investigation:

🚩 PHISHING WEBSITE:
The platform they use to onboard new recruits is now blacklisted for phishing by Google Safe Browsing. It imitates a login panel but exists purely to trick people into linking wallets or providing credentials.

🚩 FAKE JOB STRUCTURE:
There are no shared bikes. No QR codes. No working app with location tracking or real-time rentals. The entire income model is a simulation. You get “paid” when you log in — not when any bikes are used.

🚩 UK SHELL COMPANY:
Yuechi Sharing Technology Ltd is registered in the UK — but only just. It was incorporated on 14 May 2025 (Company #16449609) and claims to operate globally. The company lists business classifications like motorcycle repair and recreational vehicle parks, not mobility platforms, crypto, or app development.

🚩 SHAREHOLDER FRAUD:
Every single share — 12 million GBP worth — is owned by one person: David William Lubkemann, an American passport holder. There is no operations team, no board of directors, and no trace of real business activity.

🚩 DOCUMENT THEATRE:
They provided PDFs like a Certificate of Registration, Stock Certificates, and Proof of Employment — all templated and created within days of our chat. These documents are not backed by any independent authority or business listing.

🚩 JAMES ANDERSON IS LIKELY FAKE:
James uses a +1 phone number registered in South Dakota, despite claiming to be running a Chinese-based mobility startup. He has no LinkedIn, no company biography, no professional email, and every photo shared looks like a staged headshot. Telegram, WhatsApp, and copy-pasted recruitment scripts suggest he’s either a recycled identity or a puppet account used by others.

🚩 THE PITCH DECK IS FULL OF NONSENSE:
I reviewed their “official” 33-slide pitch deck. It’s full of buzzwords like “AI infrastructure,” “partner ecosystem,” and “financial sustainability,” but contains zero proof of operations, no names, no contracts, and no photos of physical bikes or riders.

💥 This is a modern evolution of the classic MLM Ponzi:

1. Use a fake business model (shared bikes)
2. Fake passive income via a visual app
3. Recruit users via WhatsApp/Telegram
4. Offer bigger rewards for local recruitment
5. Hide behind UK registration & vague documents
6. Make it “look” like a legit job or startup
