Description: I am reporting serious allegations of misconduct within the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) system. These include:
• Failure to report multiple incidents of child abuse, sexual assault, and attempted abductions involving students, which violates New York State’s mandatory reporter laws.
• Obstruction of justice, including:
• Ignoring law enforcement subpoenas
• Deleting surveillance footage
• Instructing school staff not to cooperate with police investigations

A specific incident occurred in February 2025 at Dr. Charles R. Drew Science Magnet School, where a reported attempted abduction was allegedly not communicated to parents, and surveillance footage was reportedly deleted by school personnel.

These actions appear to violate state and potentially federal law and directly endanger student safety. Public statements from Buffalo Police Detective Richard Hy and media reports corroborate these claims.
