Part 1 Unconstitutional. Florida’s custody laws are failing families! 😞 The vague language & non-enforcement of §§ 787.01(1)(b) & 787.03 violate parents’ rights under the U.S. & FL Constitutions, denying due process, equal protection, & court access.
🚨 Parents face delays, unequal treatment, & ignored court orders, harming kids with alienation & trauma.

🚫 No hearings before rights are denied (14th Amend., Art. I § 9, FL Const.)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Fundamental parenting rights ignored (Troxel v. Granville)
⚖️ Unequal enforcement due to vague “reasonably believes” clause (Yick Wo v. Hopkins)
🗳️ Victims’ rights to be heard blocked (Art. I § 16, FL Const.) 🏛️ Sheriff policies override courts, violating separation of powers (Art. II § 3, FL Const.) 📢 We need judicial & legislative action NOW to fix these laws & protect FL families! 💪
