We don't use the term "sovereign citizen", because the FBI put out a propaganda campaign that one who exercises their rights is a criminal.

But Justice Gorsuch says it ALL THE TIME.
"The People are sovereign."

But let's break down what is real vs what you see on Tiktok.

1. Your rights are INALIENABLE. They cannot be taken away without due process. You can't even waive them without full disclosure of the terms that you ARE waiving them.

Our waiver of rights must be “voluntary … knowingly and intelligent acts done with sufficient awareness.”

Poindexter v. Greenhow, 114 U.S. 270; Brady v. U.S., 397 U.S. 742.

2. The agencies that pretend to be government, BELIEVE that you KNOWINGLY waived your rights such a through the acquisition of a driver's license, state ID (think of the Real ID push!), marriage license, and parent's signing state birth certificate registrations.

“A Law Repugnant To The Constitution Is Void,” directly reflects Chief Justice John Marshall’s assertion that any law conflicting with the Constitution is invalid, a core holding of the case.

NONE of those EVER disclose that you waive your rights but we hear judges speak the words in courts every day.

Technically, when licensed, you should be able to exercise your rights, as they are inalienable, but THEY....in their administrative proceedings, claim you have none.

Yes you hear them say that.

So play the game.

Surrender and rescind all those contracts with the state.

Nothing will happen, but your intent will show and diminish their ability to demonstrate mens rea should you be responding to rights violations in the future.

3. The people on TikTok claiming their right to travel are very most likely in the contract of having driver's licenses and registered autos.

You can't have it both ways.

You want to be a bad ass, then be a bad ass all the way.

Exercise your rights.

When we all become bad asses, then the unlawful system can be dismantled.

4. The people on Tiktok go to their court dates. You can't claim they have no jurisdiction but you showed up to their administrative proceedings.

5. There's over 3200 counties in the USA and over 1.8 million policy revenue officers, let's not call them law enforcement anymore, that ship sailed long ago.

A lot of retraining must take place because we live in a state of tyranny today.
