Residents of a leafy suburb were left fuming after a toilet block resembling a Dr Who Tardis was built on their street - only for use by bus drivers. The toilet was installed for bus drivers caught short in the area, but locals are furious about the stone-grey building, because they reckon it could drive down house prices. Locals are already fed up with the permanent portaloo, who say it looks like the Tardis from Dr Who. Stephanie Willis, 33, said: "I was at work and saw it on Facebook and thought the image was photo shopped and I laughed.
