The terror begins! [StE] (Classic Long War - C03E004)

We are opening on the first terror mission where the goal is to save as many civilians as possible and kill all the aliens. Failure to kill all the aliens results in the member nation immediately withdrawing from the XCOM project and failure to save any civilians has the same result. We shall see what can be done after that - the air game must be taken in hand.
