Police gun down suspect after chaotic shootout and chase through streets of Baltimore

WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT. The Baltimore Police Department released bodycam video after a man was killed in a shootout with officers on May 12. Suspect Jai Marc Howell led officers on a chase before pulling out a handgun and firing shots at the officers, hitting a police car. In the distressing footage, the officers warn Howell to drop his weapon several times before fatally shooting him. The officers have been placed on administrative leave pending an independent investigation by Maryland’s Attorney General.
