Kathryn Saari Unmuzzles Truth About Weather Modification

In this unmuzzling truth interview, Kathryn Saari talks about cloud seeding, geo-engineering, precipitation enhancement and solar radiation management.

Even though weather modification has been going on for years and the public has been kept in the dark, two late political leaders and a United Nations treat substantiates these operations.

President John F. Kennedy addressed the United Nations General Assembly on September 25, 1961. Note what President Kennedy said. “We propose further cooperative efforts between all nations in weather prediction and eventually in weather control.”

And Vice President Lyndon Johnson boldly declared in 1962 that “he who controls the weather, controls the world.”

Also, the United States, plus 47 other nations, signed a United Nations treaty prohibiting weaponizing weather during wartime, titled: “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques.”

Saari said elected representatives need to declare a moratorium on all forms of weather modification. “Whether it be weather warfare, experimental or research purposes or peaceful purposes,” she said.

Saari noted there has not been enough transparency on weather modification. The public needs to informed what’s going on and decide what works and what doesn’t.

Saari is featured in “Climate Trails,” an upcoming documentary about weather modification which will be released this summer.

She is a former private jet stewardess who rose to prominence after going viral for confronting two pilots that she witnessed operating aircraft involved in chemtrail spraying, according to her “Climate Trails” bio.
