Huatan Garden Review - Spring TX 77389 Landscape Nursery Open to the Public

When you drive in to Huatan Gardens, immediately to your left is the tiny single row parking area. However, you are bullied into turning right and circling the entire main property via a rough hole littered gravel road, back around to where you started from just to park . It's over half a mile around a large winding loop that can damage your suspension. It's a really rough five minute drive to get back to the one-way single lane parking area that you were just feet away from to begin with. None of the other nurseries like J and J's on 2920 put you through this, and they have easy and accessible parking as soon as you enter. They even have multiple parking lots as soon as you drive in. When I tried to park without going on the dangerous route, I was yelled at by one of their workers who practically jumped across the hood of my car to get in my face. Most of the Huatan Gardens workers can't communicate in English well so it can be difficult getting answers. It looks like some of them are living on the property in the buildings in the back. They have a lot of plants but mostly extremely large and really high priced like $800. Even small gallon bushes start in the hundredish range and are considered baby plants. They'll take several years to establish. Take precautions walking around Huatan Gardens due to the holes and uneven surfaces, especially if you are young or old.

Huatan Gardens is a nursery open to the public located at 24201 Gosling Rd, Spring TX 77389
