The squat is one of the simplest yet most powerful exercises you can do. 💪 It strengthens your legs, glutes, core, and improves overall stability and mobility. 🦵🍑 Perfect for beginners and pros alike, it helps build muscle, burn calories, and enhance athletic performance — all with just your body weight. It’s also a fundamental movement widely used in calisthenics routines to build strength and control.

Keep this in mind when starting the movement:
✅ Feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, depending on your mobility.
✅ Toes slightly pointed outward (10–30°), not straight ahead.
✅ Knees aligned with toes—don’t let them cave inward as you squat.
✅ Distribute your weight evenly between your heels and midfoot, not on your toes.
✅ It’s okay if your knees go slightly past your toes, as long as your form stays solid. ⚠️🙂

Aim for 3 sets of 10–15 repetitions to start building strength and endurance. 🎯 Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each rep: keep your chest up, back straight, and knees aligned with your toes. 👌 Mastering the squat sets a solid foundation for any fitness journey. Simple to learn, effective to practice. 🚀
