GIVING HOPE TO THE DISHEARTENED, HOPELESS, AND WEAK

1 Thessalonians 5:11 New King James Version

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!!
I was really deeply thinking about some things out of this morning scripture, especially with what Paul was talking about in exhorting, and encouraging not just the body of Christ, but I believe those around us, and God brought something to my mind that I think we need to really think about today. Tomorrow, we are celebrating Memorial Day, and unfortunately there are going to be a lot of individuals out there that are just plain scared to celebrate tomorrow. That while we're having the parades, barbecues, and yes maybe even fireworks, there are individuals out there who are terrified of hearing fireworks go off, because it reminds them of having been in battle. I also thought about those who are suffering the trauma of abusive spouses/partners, parents, and trying to leave that toxic situation. I think of these people, who will only see tomorrow as another day to try to survive, and all I can do is pray for them.

That's why tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of his word this morning. Things regarding the blessed hope that we have, and how we can be used of God to bring His hope to the disheartened, hopeless, helpless, and weak because they badly need it. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how you can be used of the Lord to give hope to the helpless, hopeless, disheartened, and the weak, so that they can truly stand strong in the Lord! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you not only think without them but act on them.

Who in your community can you come alongside this week?

What can you do to show them care and attention?

I wanna challenge you tonight, to not only think about these questions that I've just asked, but find out who in your community, who in your church, your neighborhood, or anywhere in your sphere of contact, that you can come alongside and help them with whatever they are dealing with and do so. Ask God to not only show you who you can help, but how you can help them, and do it! If you can't personally help them, point them in the right direction of help, such as a good therapist, domestic violence shelter, any kind of place that will help bring healing, sanity, safety, and hope to the person that's leaving a toxic relationship, and stand beside them every step of the way remember guys, that hope can be renewed because you're that one person who cares enough to come alongside another person who needs help, and be effective in that change. You can be used of God to help strengthen and encourage somebody to hold on to their hope in Jesus, so don't be afraid to do it!
