I was born in 1964 so, I did not see the original airing of Jonny Quest of TV...I did however, see all the episodes in syndication in the 1970s...Needless to say, it was one of my all time favorite cartoons...JQ was a real idol to me. Here is episode 1: Mystery of the Lizard Men. Original Airdate: September 18, 1964.
While investigating the disappearance of multiple ships in the Sargasso Sea, Dr. Quest discovers a secret laser base (operated by a foreign provocateur and protected by lizard-suited scuba divers) hidden aboard an 18th-century shipwreck (Hadji does not appear in this episode).
