CLASS #519: We Are Reaping the Price for Abandoning Honor and Shame

The philosopher and sociologist in me have been having a discussion about the state of our current society (yes, that's correct, there are 'voices in my head'). They both came to the same conclusion: we are reaping the price for having abandoned the notions of honor and shame. This is an area few Americans even think about today, but it has always been the glue that has held hu8man society together. I think I'd like to just ramble about this topic and share some of the philosopher-sociologist thoughts bouncing around in my head (yep, I'm going to let you know what two of the voices in my head are saying to each other).
