In this episode, we make gluten-free meatloaf.

Ingredients:
2.5 lb ground meat (Beef, chicken, turkey, pork, lamb etc)
Extra virgin olive oil
1 can 15oz gluten-free vegetable soup
2 eggs
12oz gluten free Italian bread crumbs

Step One:

Place meat in mixing bowl and combine eggs, soup, and bread crumbs. Mix well and knead together until mixed well.

Step Two:

Coat baking pan with olive oil and place the meat. Spread out evenly to fill the pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes to an hour or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
