Criminal Cookie-Dusters! "The Lincoln Conspiracy" (1977) Movie Review

Barkey takes on a pseudo-science adjacent "speculative fiction" offering from Sunn Classic Pictures, "The Lincoln Conspiracy" (1977). Like most of Sunn's output, "The Lincoln Conspiracy" (1977) was made to cash in on fads of the day, in this case, conspiracy theories. However, unlike a lot of their movies, this one has an all-star cast, and mostly looks like the period the story was set in.

The low budget is mostly manifested by bad looking beards and mustaches. John Anderson plays the President, Bradford Dillman plays John Wilkes Booth, with support from a surprising number of familiar faces.

Does the conspiracy hold any water? Barkey weighs in!
