Police Engaged in an Unsafe Chase of an Autistic Man [2/2]

Anthony Gene Brooks Jr.,Is a 23-Year-Old man with Autism who was been entrapped two times which resulted in an overlap of false charges against him. He was loopholed into involuntary care and sedation later on March 3rd, 2025, for calling out a social worker to leave his home who later forged his signature including an officer a week after in Late February 2025. This Resulted in a false warrant made for an arrest which violated the charge wrongfully given to Mr. Brooks in January of 2025 [ In the footage]. NJ LAW(s) 2C:29-1a,2C:29-1b: Eluding and Resisting arrest are the charges delivered however prior to the pre-indictment phase he had a social worker or employee from the Arrive Together and Crisis recommended from the Cumberland County prosecutor's office. Anthony at the Time Noticed Coercion and evacuated the Social Worker from His Home, Law-Enforcement was Present, yet Anthony was not home at the time. Outraged following the matter Anthony went to file a complaint against the employee from crisis. Was entrapped then captured again in attempt to file a report and was transferred to Inspira Vineland to Be Sedated and Later Charged with 2C:12-3a, 2C:39-4e [ Fake Weapon and Evacuation]. To Summarize An illegal pursuit on 1/5/2025 over yelling outside of a bar then later on 3/3/2025 for evacuating the social worker to be imprisoned at a behavioral health facility then again at the Bridgeton Superior Court on 3/20/2025 for reporting to a pre-indictment on time. Then Later Expunged by law enforcement on 3-25-25 in preceding trial. Footage of the Incident from March will remain confidential to avoid prejudice in the court except still images of both the unauthorized chase now dropped and the detainment included with background details [Case Files] of Anthony's Situation months Prior to January 5th, 2025. He is Facing Trial on June 26, 2025.
